For Returning Players

All returning players are required to do self-registration online @ www.myfootballclub.com.au commencing 4th January 2017

Your password has been re-set; you should have received a email with the new password. please login & change your password to something that you can remember by following the prompts on www.myfootballclub.com.au By registering online, you have the flexibility to do it in your time.

Photographs for 2017 are required for

All Under 10 boys & girls
All Under 14 boys & girls
All Under 18 boys & girls
All New Players with SHFC who are Under 10 and older.

Guidelines for photos are 122 pixels x 156 pixels; please ensure the photo is a passport style image of head only. No hats or glasses to be worn. Please refer to www.myfootballclub.com.au for further instructions. Any ID photo that is submitted incorrectly and printed by SSFA will incur a reprint fee of $10 per card. Please submit your selfie correctly.

There are two payment options for registering on line:

  • Register and pay on line (Visa or MasterCard only accepted)
  • Register on line, request an invoice & pay via EFT using the club bank account details supplied on the invoice

Due to higher insurance premiums and referee fees, we have had to increase our fees to cover the cost from under 12 and up players. Your rego fee includes the $10 fundraising levy and the cost of a new pair of yellow playing socks to be used in 2017. The fund raising levy replaces raffles and other associated fund raising activities. All funds raised will be used to update goals and nets, purchase new training equipment, install more spectators seating and further develop Coaches with SSFA approved training courses. **New yellow socks will replace the old green/yellow socks, these must be worn from 2017 season onwards** Your support is greatly appreciated.

U10 – U11 $140 includes socks
U12 – U13 $170 includes socks
U14 – U16 $180 includes socks
U18 $215 includes socks
U21 & UP $310 includes socks
Student $240 includes socks

For New Players

Please come to the Registration Day ,

Saturday 28th January, 2017 10am-2pm

Sylvania Heights Youth Club Hall , Box Road, Sylvania Heights

You will need to bring:   Proof of Age of your player (a birth certificate or passport)                                                                    Proof of Residence ( a Driver’s licence or Rate Notice)

Age Group Saturday – 4th & 11th February
Under 6 9.30am to 10.30am
Under 7 11am to 12.00pm
Under 8 1pm to 2pm
Under 9 2.30pm to 3.30pm
Age Group Sunday – 5th & 12th February
Under 10 8.30am to 9.30am
Under 11 10am to 11am
Under 13 11.30am to 12.30pm
Under 14 1.00pm to 2.00pm

To assist the club in registration and grading process, it’s essential that players must be registered and financial prior to grading commencing. Please note SSFA rules state players that are registered but not financial are not allowed to play as they are not covered under insurance until all fees have been paid in full. Thank you for your co-operation. Teams have to be graded and submitted to SSFA no later than 20th February as after this date we are not able to apply for any more teams. Registrations after 5PM 20th February will be subjected to availability and a late fee.
